Tim Buividas
Tim Buividas is founder of the Corporate Learning Institute, an affiliate of Witmer & Associates. His passion is working in change management, training/development, team coaching and facilitation. He creates provocative learning experiences that transform performance. Tim is certified in experiential education, Meyers Briggs, DiSC, and Situational Leadership. He has experience in management, sales, marketing and operations, working in the U.S. and internationally. He is a member of the OD Institute, OD Network, Association of Experiential Education, American Society of Training & Development and SHRM. Tim is an adjunct professor for Benedictine University and has taught at Dominican University, Keller Graduate School, and College of DuPage Business and Professional Institute.
